We provide aesthetic and wellness treatments at our London clinic and via our mobile service where offered. Treatment suitability is assessed at consultation; we reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate or safe. See our services for available treatments.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee at our discretion, particularly for mobile visits where travel has been arranged.
Payment terms are explained at booking. Deposits may be required for certain treatments or mobile appointments. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in line with our cancellation policy and consumer rights law.
